HOW DO I RETURN?
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Hylunia.
Please contact The Hylunia Support Team at cs@myhylunia.com with your original order number and date of purchase in order to request a return. You will be given additional information and details (including a RMA#) regarding your return/refund within 2-3 business days.
PACKING MATERIALS?
Items need to be returned in original packaging with the authorized RMA# number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
